Las Vegas · General contractors · New builds & tenant improvements

You build it.
We make it work — for sure.

Your clients expect the building to do more than stand there. Bring us in. We plan the fabric so your trades install it once, we bring it online for opening day, and we support it for the owner after you hand over the keys.

A steel-framed commercial building under construction, open to the desert

For general contractors

The building isn't done until everything in it connects.

We're not another sub on your schedule, and we don't take work from your trades. They pull the cable and hang the gear. We take the part nobody on a job site wants: deciding what goes where, making it all run, and keeping it running once the tenant is open.

The building fabric

Six things a building should just do.

Your crews install it. We specify it before rough-in, and we stand behind it with you after it's powered on.

WiFi & Network

The backbone everything else rides on.

Coverage planned from the drawings. Staff, guest and payment traffic kept separate from day one.

Lighting

Bright at open, warm at close.

Scenes and schedules set once and run from a phone. The room matches the hour without anyone touching a switch.

Audio

Every zone at its own volume.

Zoned sound that any staff member can run. Patio different from the dining room, lobby different from the floor.

Temperature & Sensing

Know before the tenant calls.

Temperature, humidity and leak sensors that raise an alert while there's still time to do something about it.

Digital Signage

Screens that are live at opening.

Power and data called out before the walls close. Menu boards, promos and wayfinding running at handover.

QR & NFC

Scan or tap, anywhere in the building.

Codes on tables, doors and equipment that open a menu, a manual or a service request, and can be changed without reprinting.

How it works

Survey. Plan. Go live. Stay.

  1. Site survey

You bring us the building. We walk the site or the plans with you and the owner.

  2. A plan your trades can build

Locations, cable counts and an equipment list, ready before rough-in. Your crews install it once.

  3. Online for opening day

We configure and test every piece of the fabric before turnover.

  4. Supported after turnover

The owner keeps us on a recurring agreement, per building. We monitor it and take the calls.

Where it fits

You hand over a building that works. Your owner gets someone to call.

  • Restaurants & bars
  • Retail
  • Offices
  • Multifamily
  • Hospitality
  • Clinics & salons

If your client runs one of these, bring us in. Our agreement is with the owner, not with you. They buy and own the hardware, and when something acts up six months after turnover, that call comes to us.
